To: The Members of Southam United Football Club (the “Club”)

Date: 10th July 2025

Dear Member,

Please be advised that the Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting at Bobby Hancocks Park on Monday 11th August 2025 from 19:30.

A formal notice calling this Meeting containing the Agenda will be circulated at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

In accordance with the Club Rules, if any current member over the age of 18 years would like to nominate any candidate for a Club Officer (Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer) or Club Committee role then please have your nomination seconded by another current member over the age of 18 years and forward to the Club Secretary, Amanda Wignall, via email to secretary@southamunited.com no later than Friday 01st August.

Similarly, notice of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM should be forwarded to the Club Secretary as above no later than Friday 01st August.
