Advance Notice of AGM

To: The Members of Southam United Football Club (the “Club”)

Date: 13th October 2026

Dear Member,

Please be advised that the Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting at Bobby Hancocks Park on Monday 09th November 2026 from 19:00.

A formal notice calling this Meeting containing the Agenda will be circulated via our facebook and on our website at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

In accordance with the Club Rules, if any current member over the age of 18 years would like to nominate any candidate for a Club Officer (Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer) or Club Committee role then please have your nomination seconded by another current member over the age of 18 years and forward to the Club Secretary, Amanda Wignall, via email to secretary@southamunited.com no later than Monday 02nd November.

Similarly, notice of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM should be forwarded to the Club Secretary as above no later than Monday 02nd November.
