Only members of the Club over the age of 18 years are entitled to attend this
Meeting, become candidates for Club Officer or Club Committee positions or
propose or second candidates for office or vote at elections.

Parents / carers of current Club members under the age of 18 years are invited
to attend the Meeting as guests and will be given the opportunity to ask any
relevant questions of the Committee
